The works in the old building, except for the extensions, are temporary, since the building requires additional work to reinforce the load-bearing structures.

1. Dismantling the old roof and restoring it using new lightweight panels because the building cannot support much weight.
2. Removing old ceilings and replacing them with plasterboard.
3. Plastering the internal walls.
4. Installing a new electrical network in all premises.
5. Laying tiles on the first floor.
6. Installing 7 shower cubicles.
7. Installing a water supply network from a source located two kilometres away.
8. Work is underway in the church on the exterior and interior decoration.
9. Adding auxiliary spaces to the old building, such as a guest room, a dining room, and storage rooms.
10. General equipment, including beds, blankets, sheets, carpets, as well as equipment for the kitchen and dining room.
11. Installing radiators in all premises.
